The variable lines and red accents are a distinctive feature of the MIYABI 5000MCD bread knife's appearance.
The extremely hard core is made of MicroCarbide MC63 powder steel, which is exceptionally durable and meets the requirements of the best professional chefs.
The Miyabi bread knife is distinguished by its specific blade construction. The core is forged between 100 layers of stainless steel with varying degrees of hardness. The complex hardening process, combined with freezing, provides a hardness of about 63 HRC and the finest cutting properties.
