Japanese bread knife from the Miyabi 5000MCD 67 series allows for easy and safe slicing of bread, rolls, and cakes. During production, the knife undergoes a special process, which makes the blade flexible, the cutting edge hard, and the entire blade exceptionally beautiful and durable. The quality of the materials used ensures the knife's long lifespan.
This 24-centimeter serrated blade features a high-quality MC66 steel core, encased in 132 layers of steel. This results in a product with exceptional stability while also having a stunning appearance, as the multiple layers of steel create a distinctive floral pattern, unique to each knife produced.
The blade, processed through a special fire and ice hardening process, achieves a hardness of approximately 66 on the Rockwell scale. The handle of the knife is made from high-quality ash wood in a beautiful black color, providing a stunning contrast with the blade. The D-shaped design ensures perfect control while cutting and helps prevent fatigue during extended use.
With the Miyabi 5000MCD 67 kitchen knife, slicing bread will become a daily pleasure.
