To achieve optimal hardness, each FRIODUR blade is double-tempered in the hardening process. This ensures exceptional quality and remarkable cutting and corrosion-resistant properties. The double-sided Honbazuke sharpening provides the blade with impressive sharpness comparable to that of a razor.
