BALLARINI ROSSO Small Cake Spatula 23.5 cm

The 24 cm kitchen spatula from our Rosso series easily spreads dough, creams, or fillings – perfect for delicious cakes or desserts like tiramisu. Moreover, the spatula effectively scrapes leftover batter from the bowl, thanks to the flexible silicone from which it is made.

The silicone used in the production of this exceptional spatula is both food-safe and heat-resistant up to 230°C. Cleanup is also simple and pleasant once you're done, as it is dishwasher-safe. The ergonomically designed handle is comfortable and non-slip. A practical hanging loop ensures that the tool is always at hand.

Not only does the quality speak for itself, but the appearance also reflects excellent craftsmanship: the design was developed by the Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez studio in Milan.
