All molds in the Patisserie series are made of the highest quality health-safe thin steel, coated on both sides with a non-stick surface layer patented by Ballarini. This surface, known as CORTAN, allows for stress-free baking without the risk of cakes sticking. It does not contain any harmful substances, particularly PFOA, nickel compounds, or heavy metals.

Production in the European Union, at the Italian Ballarini factory, guarantees that Patisserie products are safe for health and meet all quality standards.
