All the molds in the Patisserie series are made of the highest quality health-safe thin steel, which is coated on both sides with a non-stick surface patented by Ballarini. This surface, known as CORTAN, allows for stress-free baking without the risk of cakes sticking. It contains no harmful substances, especially PFOA, nickel compounds, or heavy metals.
Production in the European Union, at the Ballarini factory in Italy, guarantees that Patisserie products are safe for health and meet all quality standards.
The universal size – a diameter of 28 cm – allows for the mold to be tailored to our individual expectations.
The product is not suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
