All forms in the Patisserie series are made from the highest quality health-safe thin steel, which is coated on both sides with a layer of non-stick surface patented by Ballarini. This surface, known as CORTAN, allows for stress-free baking without the risk of cakes sticking. It does not contain any harmful substances, particularly PFOA, nickel compounds, or heavy metals.

Production in the European Union, at the Italian Ballarini factory, guarantees that Patisserie products are safe for health and meet all quality standards.

The universal size – 28 cm in diameter allows the mold to be adapted to our individual expectations, and the increased capacity achieved through higher edges offers us additional possibilities.
