All molds from the Patisserie series are made from the highest quality health-safe thin steel, which is coated on both sides with a non-stick surface layer patented by the Ballarini Company. This surface, known as CORTAN, allows for stress-free baking without the risk of cakes sticking. It does not contain any harmful substances, particularly PFOA, nickel compounds, or heavy metals.

Production in the European Union, at the Italian Ballarini factory, guarantees that Patisserie products are safe for health and meet all quality standards.

Available in two diameters: 28 and 32 cm, depending on the needs of our household members.

The product is not suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
