All molds in the Patisserie series are made from the highest quality health-safe thin steel, coated on both sides with a non-stick surface layer patented by Ballarini. This surface, known as CORTAN, allows for stress-free baking without the risk of cakes sticking. It contains no harmful substances, especially PFOA, nickel compounds, or heavy metals.
Production in the European Union, at the Italian Ballarini factory, guarantees that Patisserie products are safe for health and meet all quality standards.
The mold features an intuitive side opening that allows for easy and efficient removal of baked goods. It is available in two bottom configurations: classic flat and another with a cone in the center for an alternative appearance of the baked item.
The product is available in a size of 28 cm in diameter.
