All forms in the Patisserie series are made of the highest quality health-safe thin steel, which is coated on both sides with a non-stick surface patented by Ballarini. This surface, known as CORTAN, allows for stress-free baking without the risk of cakes sticking. It does not contain any substances harmful to health, particularly PFOA, nickel compounds, or heavy metals.
Produced in the European Union, in the Italian Ballarini factory, guarantees that Patisserie products are safe for health and meet all quality standards.
The form features intuitive side opening for easy and efficient removal of baked goods. It comes in two base configurations: classic flat, and another with a cone in the center allowing for an alternative look for the baked item.
The product is available in a size of 26 cm in diameter.
This product is not suitable for washing in dishwashers.
