All molds in the Patisserie series are made from the highest quality health-safe thin steel, coated on both sides with a non-stick surface layer patented by Ballarini. This surface, known as CORTAN, allows for stress-free baking without the risk of cakes sticking. It does not contain any harmful substances, especially PFOA, nickel compounds, or heavy metals.
Production in the European Union, at the Ballarini factory in Italy, ensures that Patisserie products are safe for health and meet all quality standards.
The mold features intuitive side opening, allowing for easy and efficient removal of baked goods. It comes in two base configurations: a classic flat bottom and another with a cone in the center for an alternative appearance of the baked item.
The product is available in a size of 24 cm in diameter.
The product is not suitable for washing in dishwashers.
