All molds in the Patisserie series are made from the highest quality health-safe thin steel, coated on both sides with a non-stick surface patented by the Ballarini company. This surface, known as CORTAN, allows for stress-free baking without the risk of cakes sticking. It does not contain any harmful substances for health, particularly PFOA, nickel compounds, or heavy metals.
Production in the European Union, at the Italian Ballarini factory, ensures that Patisserie products are safe for health and meet all quality standards.
The mold features intuitive side opening for easy and efficient removal of baked goods. It comes with one type of flat base.
