The square, ribbed surface of this 28-centimeter pan has enough space to prepare a hearty meal for several people. The advantage of this cookware over an outdoor grill is that after use, it can safely be placed in the dishwasher or quickly and efficiently washed under running water, which we recommend. The special, 5-layer non-stick GRANITUM Extreme coating with a thickness of 4.5 mm guarantees that food won’t stick, making it even more enjoyable to use. The solid forged aluminum construction of the pan allows heat to distribute quickly and evenly, which is especially pronounced on induction cooktops. The practical Thermopoint located on the comfortable, safe handle indicates when the pan is heated.

Thanks to the two spouts on the edges of the pan, excess fat can be drained at any moment, ensuring that the prepared dishes are truly grilled and not fried.
