The durable, 5-layer GRANITUM Extreme non-stick coating, 4.5 mm thick and reinforced with mineral particles, allows for quick and easy cooking, stewing, and reheating. Even if by some miracle you manage to burn something, cleaning will prove to be incredibly simple.

The vessel is made of forged aluminum and can be safely washed in the dishwasher; however, to ensure even better properties, hand washing is recommended. Thanks to a special radiant induction technology developed by Ballarini, the pot can be used on all types of cooktops, distributing heat quickly and evenly. Both the Soft-Touch heat-insulated handles and the granite-like coating look beautiful in a trendy gray color.
