The practical grooves not only make the prepared dishes look as if they’ve just come off the grill, but, most importantly, allow excess fat that usually sputters under meat, fish, or vegetables to drain away. This way, you can serve perfectly cooked, delicious, and healthy dishes.

Thanks to the sturdy aluminum from which the pan is forged, heat is distributed quickly and evenly across its entire surface. It can be used on all types of cooktops, and using an induction plate will further save energy. This is made possible by the specially developed Radiant Induction technology.
