The saucepan from the Alba line is coated with an exceptionally durable, multi-layer non-stick coating Keravis TI-X. This surface is additionally enriched with a titanium layer, making it resistant to warping, abrasion, and scratches. The thick, aluminum base with a new "Radiant" design is reinforced with stainless steel, making the Alba saucepan perfectly suitable for use on induction cooktops. They can also be used on all other types of cookers – ceramic, electric, gas, and halogen. The advantage of the reinforced base is also the heat retention, which is then transferred to the prepared dish. This makes cooking shorter, more efficient, and energy-saving.

The "Radiant" base pattern patented by Ballarini ensures even more uniform heat distribution, which translates into stable heating of the cooking surface.
