In collaboration with the design studio Thun & Rodriguez from Milan, Ballarini has developed an exceptional serving pan. The use of black powder coating gives it an authentic cast appearance, which will perfectly showcase on an exquisite banquet table. The perfect appearance is complemented by elegant, ergonomic handles made of the highest quality stainless steel, which remain pleasantly cool throughout the cooking process.

However, this dish impresses not only with its appearance. Like the entire Alba line from Ballarini, the serving pan is coated with a revolutionary non-stick coating Keravis TI-X with a thickness of 4.5 mm, allowing food preparation with minimal fat, ensuring healthy, conscious cooking without fear of altering its flavor.

The bimetallic bottom allows for use on all types of cookers – including induction, while guaranteeing quick and even temperature distribution. Thanks to the additional titanium layer, the non-stick coating is durable and scratch-resistant for many years. It retains its properties even with daily use. The deep Ballarini Alba pan is an exceptional vessel that delights not only during the preparation or serving of various dishes but also while being washed – just clean it with a soft sponge or paper towel.

INDUCTION PAN SURFACE

The Alba pan is covered with a high-quality multi-layer non-stick coating Keravis TI-X. It features the following attributes:

• High resistance to the damaging effects of dishwashers

PAN BOTTOM

The bottom of the pan is made of high-quality aluminum and stainless steel. This makes the Alba cookware ideally suited for use on induction cookers (as well as all others). The dual-layer bottom ensures excellent heat distribution, stability, and its thickness allows for temperature retention within the vessel.

MATERIAL
