The pots from the Alba line are coated with an exceptionally durable, multi-layer non-stick coating Keravis TI-X with a thickness of 4.5 mm. This surface is further enhanced with a titanium layer, making it resistant to warping, abrasion, and scratches. The thick aluminum base with a new "Radiant" design is reinforced with stainless steel, making the Alba pots perfectly suitable for use on induction cooktops. They can also be used on all other types of stovetops—ceramic, electric, gas, and halogen. The advantage of the reinforced base is also heat retention, which is then transferred to the food being prepared. This results in shorter, more efficient, and energy-saving cooking.

The "Radiant" base pattern patented by Ballarini ensures even more uniform heat distribution, leading to stable heating of the cooking surface.

POT SURFACE

The Ballarini Alba pot is coated with high-quality multi-layer non-stick coating Keravis TI-X. It has the following features:

The base is made of high-quality aluminum and stainless steel. As a result, Alba cookware is excellent for use on induction cooktops (as well as all others). The dual-layer base ensures excellent heat distribution, stability, and its thickness allows for heat retention.
