The pots in the Alba line are coated with an exceptionally durable, multi-layer non-stick coatingKeravis TI-X with a thickness of 4.5 mm. This surface is additionally enhanced with a titanium layer, making it resistant to warping, abrasion, and scratches. The thick, newly designed "Radiant" aluminum base of the cookware is reinforced with stainless steel, making Alba pots perfect for use oninduction cooktops. They can also be used on all other types of cookers – ceramic, electric, gas, and halogen. One of the advantages of the reinforced base is also its ability to store heat, which is then transferred to the food being prepared. This results in shorter, more efficient, and energy-saving cooking.
