Das VACO-Vakuumier-Set ist ein praktisches Werkzeug, das für Köche, die die Sous-Vide-Methode verwenden, und für Personen, die die Frische und Nährstoffe ihrer Produkte länger erhalten möchten, unverzichtbar ist. Um das Set zu verwenden, muss die Nahrung in einem speziellen Beutel platziert, verschlossen und mit der Pumpe die Luft aus dem Beutel entfernt und versiegelt werden.
